ace 445 FAQ — VIP to Live Casino
From opening an account to making deposits, VIP cashback, playing on mobile and responsible gaming rules — find direct answers to all these topics here. This page covers more than 20 questions across five sections so that none of your common questions go unanswered.
VIP and Cashback
The ace 445 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases at each tier. Higher-tier members also get faster withdrawal processing, special promotions and dedicated support. The more you play, the higher your tier and the better your benefits.
Weekly cashback is calculated based on net loss — that is, total losses for the week minus total winnings. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. This is the maximum amount for that tier.
Here are the four ace 445 VIP tiers and their maximum cashback rates: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. All tiers pay cashback on net loss, so cashback does not apply in a week where you finish with a win.
Your VIP tier at ace 445 upgrades automatically as you play regularly and increase your betting activity. The more active you are, the faster you move up — from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and finally to Platinum. Each new tier brings a higher cashback rate and more benefits.
Contact the support team to find out the exact cashback process, as promotion terms may change. Cashback is generally credited to eligible members' accounts on a weekly basis. Reach out via 24/7 live chat or email for specific details about your tier and cashback entitlement.
Mobile Usage
Yes, the full ace 445 platform runs completely on mobile browsers. Slots, live casino, cricket betting — everything works smoothly on Android and iOS devices via Chrome, Firefox or Safari. No separate app download is needed to access all features, though the ace 445 App is also available through official channels.
If your connection drops suddenly, your game state is saved on the ace 445 server. In most cases, when you reconnect the game resumes from where it left off. However, if a round was active at the moment of disconnection, the result is determined server-side. If anything seems off, contact live chat right away.
ace 445 works correctly on smartphones and tablets running Android 7.0+ and iOS 12+. Any modern browser on Windows or macOS desktops is also supported. On older or low-end devices, live casino video streams may occasionally be slow; turning off the browser's data saver mode usually helps.
Yes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies often resolves loading issues. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Cached Images and Files. Then reload ace 445. If the problem persists, update your browser or try a different one.
Yes. Open ace 445 in your mobile browser, then in Chrome tap the menu icon and select "Add to Home screen"; in Safari tap the Share button and choose "Add to Home Screen". This creates a shortcut icon on your phone's home screen so you can open the site just as quickly as an app.
Deposits
Log in to your ace 445 account, go to the Deposit page and select bKash as the payment method. Enter the amount (minimum ৳100), then send the bKash payment to the number provided. Once you submit the transaction ID, your balance is usually updated within a few minutes. Log in to your account via the ace 445 Login page.
ace 445 currently supports deposits via four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. The minimum deposit is ৳100 for all methods, and transactions are simple and fast.
The minimum deposit to play any game on ace 445 is just ৳100 — the same across all payment methods. So whether you use bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, you can start with ৳100. Many games in the ace 445 slots section allow you to start betting at very low amounts.
ace 445 does not charge any separate fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply a small charge according to their own policy. It is worth checking the relevant service's fee structure before making a transaction.
First, check in the Nagad app that the transaction was successful and that you received a confirmation SMS. Then contact ace 445 live chat with your transaction ID. The issue is usually resolved within a few minutes. Keeping a screenshot of the transaction will speed up the process.

Live Casino
In baccarat you place your bet on one of three options: Player, Banker or Tie. The hand whose card total is closest to 9 wins. Beginners on ace 445 should start at the table with the lowest limits and bet small. The Banker bet has a slightly higher chance of winning, which is why many beginners start with it.
Yes, both games are available in the ace 445 live casino section. Teen Patti is a three-card game based on hand rankings, very popular across South Asia. In Andar Bahar, a joker card is shown and you bet on which side — Andar or Bahar — a matching card will appear. Both games have straightforward rules.
ace 445's live casino has different limits at different tables — ranging from low-stake tables to high-roller tables. Players can choose a table that suits their budget. The table limits are clearly displayed on screen when each game loads.
Yes, completely real-time. In live dealer games, a professional dealer in a studio deals cards or spins the roulette wheel live in high-definition video. Players place their bets from their own screen and see the results as they happen. The ace 445 WL Live section features games from top studios including Evolution.
Baccarat is relatively easier for beginners because there are only three decisions — Player, Banker or Tie. Roulette has many betting options across numbers, colours and groups, which can feel a bit complex at first. That said, you can start roulette simply by betting on red or black. Both are available in the ace 445 live casino.
